17:00 Fast Five Recipe –Lemon-Goat Cheese-Mushroom Pizza from Nick Stez at WoodenHead (recipe inspired by Psychic Pie)

Ingredients: Pizza Dough, Maitake Mushrooms, Laurel Chenel Goat Cheese, Olive oil, Lemon juice and zest.  

Directions: Roll out pizza dough and rub olive oil and salt and pepper into dough. Pre-cook the mushrooms ¾ of the way. Add the mushrooms to the pizza and sprinkle with goat cheese. Place in hot oven for 12 minutes. Remove pizza and sprinkle with lemon juice and zest and a touch of olive oil. Pair with Pinot Noir of course!
